At DesiGreen SG Pte Ltd, we are committed to delivering fresh mangoes and premium fruits with the highest standards of care, quality, and freshness. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

1. Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are currently available only on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • We do not provide deliveries on weekdays or public holidays unless otherwise announced.
  • Delivery time slots are subject to availability, route planning, and operational requirements.
  • While we strive to meet preferred delivery times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders must be placed by Thursday, 11:59 PM to qualify for delivery during the upcoming weekend.
  • Orders received after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the following weekend.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, cut-off times may be adjusted without prior notice.

3. Delivery Locations

  • We currently provide delivery services within Singapore only.
  • Certain remote, restricted, or high-security locations may require special arrangements.
  • Locations such as Sentosa Island, military camps, secured facilities, or other restricted-access premises may be subject to additional delivery requirements or may not be serviceable.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
  • Free delivery promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions.
  • Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests or restricted locations.

5. Fresh Produce & Quality Assurance

As our products consist of fresh mangoes and fruits, natural variations may occur.

  • Fruit size, color, appearance, and ripeness may vary from batch to batch.
  • Weather conditions, seasonal factors, and farming conditions may affect availability and quality.
  • In the event of unforeseen supply or quality issues, DesiGreen reserves the right to:
    • Reschedule the delivery date;
    • Provide a suitable replacement product; or
    • Issue a refund at our sole discretion.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the scheduled delivery window.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address information;
    • No recipient being available;
    • Refusal to accept the order; or
    • Inability to access the delivery location,
  • A re-delivery fee may apply for a second delivery attempt.
  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, the order may be considered fulfilled and non-refundable if delivery cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control.

7. Changes or Cancellations

  • Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Requests received after this period may not be accommodated, as fresh produce is sourced and prepared in advance.
  • Approved cancellations will be processed according to our refund policy.

8. Gifting & Group Orders

  • For gift orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information, including name, contact number, and delivery address.
  • DesiGreen is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect recipient details.
  • Bulk purchases, corporate gifting, and group orders may require additional processing time.
  • Delivery schedules for large-volume orders will be communicated and confirmed separately.
