1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the DesiGreen website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Description

Our mangoes and fruits are fresh agricultural produce sourced directly from trusted farms.

• As natural products, variations in size, weight, color, appearance, and sweetness may occur.
• Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Full payment must be completed at checkout using our accepted payment methods.
• DesiGreen reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Availability

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock shortages, pricing inaccuracies, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If an order is cancelled by DesiGreen, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Delivery

• Delivery services are available within Singapore only.
• Delivery dates and time slots are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries are typically scheduled on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
• DesiGreen is not responsible for product spoilage or deterioration resulting from unattended deliveries.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, returns are generally not accepted.

• If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the affected items.
• Approved claims may be eligible for replacement of the affected fruits with a future order.
• Alternatively, replacement items may be collected from our Sengkang location.
• For any approved returns, customers are responsible for returning the products to our Sengkang collection point.
• As fresh fruits are natural products, internal spoilage cannot always be detected prior to delivery. Our suppliers do not cut or inspect the internal condition of individual fruits.

7. Quality Disclaimer

• Mangoes and seasonal fruits naturally vary in taste, texture, color, and ripeness.
• DesiGreen does not guarantee a specific sweetness level or texture unless expressly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the products ordered.
• DesiGreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.

9. Food Safety & Storage

• Customers are responsible for the proper storage and handling of products after delivery.
• We recommend refrigerating fruits upon receipt when appropriate and consuming them within the recommended timeframe for optimal freshness.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
